Let the elements hold you, as medicine, music, and silence guide you back to your belonging.
6 - 8 hours
Imagine surrendering to the medicine of mushrooms while held by trees, waters, and sky. The Meso-dose Nature Ceremony offers a full day of immersion where sound and nature guide your journey in equal measure.
After grounding tea and opening circle, we enter a three-hour sound journey — immerse in ancestral music channeled live — with a moderate mushroom dose (approx. 2g). You’ll then have time in communion with the land in noble silence: walking, reflecting, and listening to what the natural world mirror back. The day closes with nourishing food, refreshment, and a circle of sharing.
This is medicine that doesn’t rush. It allows time for emotions to rise and release, for visions and guidance to come, and for the body to settle into a new rhythm of clarity and belonging.
You can leave feeling:
Blankets on the soft ground, trees whispering overhead, waters lapping nearby — this is ceremony in its most elemental form. Tārā’s channelled music meets the sounds of nature, creating an immersive conversation between body, earth and spirit.
