Do you ever feel like something is missing — as if the spark that once lit you up has grown faint? Are you longing for deeper meaning, connection, or a way to truly come home to yourself?
In a world of noise and distraction, there is a deeper rhythm waiting to be heard. Through sacred ceremony, channeled ancestral song, sound healing, and psychedelic-supported practices, Tārā creates spaces where you can release old patterns, reclaim your vitality and reconnect with your innate wisdom.
Rooted in ancient feminine traditions, reimagined for modern times, this work honours the cycles of nature, the wisdom of your body, the healing power of community, and the truth of your own agency.
Tārā invites you into a circle of belonging where music becomes medicine and ritual becomes remembrance. Here, healing is not about fixing — it is about awakening to the wholeness that has always been yours.
Step into ceremony. Step into yourself.

I am a Ceremony Guide, Sound Alchemist, Healing Arts Facilitator and Death Doula devoted to the art of transformation through ritual, sound and embodied practice.
With over two decades of experience in the healing and creative arts - and having held ceremony for more than 1,500 people across Africa, Asia and Europe - my work bridges ancestral wisdom with contemporary psychedelic integration.
Since answering a profound spiritual calling in 2017, I have been channeling medexine music — a living expression of ancestral memory carried through voice, vibration and presence. These soundscapes form the foundation of my ceremonial work, guiding you into deep states of release, insight and reconnection.
My approach is both intuitive and highly held: weaving psychedelic journey work, somatic integration and live sound into containers that are safe, magical and deeply human.
As a Death Doula, I also support individuals through life’s final threshold — holding this transition with reverence, compassion and care.
Whether in ceremony, retreat or private work, I create spaces where you can arrive as you are — and gently meet the parts of yourself ready to be seen, felt and integrated.
I believe that as we take responsibility for our own healing, we naturally begin to shape a more connected and conscious world.
The only way to heal the world is to heal yourself- and the best way to do that is in community!
re-igniting our indigenous practices of embedded rituals and ceremony;
connecting us to our Ancestors and Great Spirit;
honouring our bodies and the land; acknowledging our multifaceted wholeness;
drawing on elemental nature and our plant allies to heal into greater Oneness.
celebrating our inner child in Sacred Play;
creating spaces to exercise our unique self-expression & explore the vastness of our emotional landscape;
activating our bodies & voices to unite all parts of us we have ignored or suppressed;
honouring the relational magic of divine feminine wisdom, embracing multiple truths and paradoxical realities.
co-creating a new world of empowered sovereignty and collapsed hierarchies;
taking responsibility for Self within the cosmic dance of the interconnected All;
sharing processes, integrating practices, working towards living compassion in the here and now
imagining new possibilities of Being in the wonder of every moment.
